Can I buy a plan in advance of my trip?

Booking is open up to a year before you travel, for everyone.

For a booking far in advance, we deliver your eSIM closer to your travel date, so it's fresh and well within its window. For a near-term purchase, it's delivered straight away. Either way, set it up before you fly.

Your plan starts when your phone first connects to a local network in your destination. If you haven't connected, it starts automatically 30 days after your eSIM is issued. We email you about 3 days before that automatic start.

Once your plan starts, the duration clock runs — a 30-day plan runs for 30 days from that moment, or until the data is used up, whichever comes first. If your plans change before your eSIM is delivered, it's fully refundable. After delivery, the standard refund rules apply: refundable within 21 days of issue, as long as it hasn't activated.
