How do I set up my eSIM on iPhone?
Scan the QR code in your setup email from another screen, or enter the details by hand, and follow the prompts. Detailed steps below.
How long do plans last?
Plans run from 7 days up to 90 days; the lengths on offer vary by destination. A plan ends when its time or its data runs out, whichever comes first. If your plan allows top-ups, a top-up adds both data and time; if not, a longer stay needs a new plan.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM hasn't been delivered yet, it's fully refundable with no fee. Once delivered, you can request a refund within 21 days of issue, provided it hasn't yet activated. A fee applies.
The QR code won't scan
Most often it's a brightness or glare problem. If you can't fix the scan, use manual entry — your setup email contains the SM-DP+ address and activation code, which do exactly the same thing.
How do I set up my eSIM on other Android phones?
The exact menu path varies by manufacturer, but the steps are the same: find the SIM/eSIM settings, add an eSIM, and scan the QR code from your setup email.
Will my phone work with a Globeelink eSIM?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM, and your phone also needs to be unlocked by your carrier. Phones bought outright usually are; phones on a contract are usually locked until it ends. If yours is locked, your home carrier can usually unlock it.
