Can I get a refund?
Last updated October 14, 2026
If your eSIM hasn't been delivered yet, it's fully refundable with no fee. Once delivered, you can request a refund within 21 days of issue, provided it hasn't yet activated. A fee applies.
The 21-day window
You can request a refund within 21 days of your eSIM being issued (the day its QR code email is sent), provided it hasn't activated. Activation means your phone connected to a network in your destination, or your plan started automatically 30 days after your eSIM was issued. Your eligibility is fixed when you make the request, so a request made inside the window is honoured even if the eSIM activates while we process it.
How much do I get back?
A $2.00 processing fee applies per eSIM, or half of what you paid for that eSIM, whichever is less, so no plan is too cheap to refund. A £10 eSIM returns £8.50; a £2 eSIM returns £1. For an order with several eSIMs, the fee applies to each refunded eSIM. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
From your dashboard: open the eSIM, choose Request refund, and confirm; the exact amount you'll receive is shown first. You can also ask Globeebot on the website, WhatsApp, LINE or Telegram, or email support@globee.link.
eSIMs not yet delivered
If you booked ahead and your eSIM hasn't been delivered yet, it's fully refundable with no fee. Nothing has been issued, so there's nothing to lose.
Once it activates
Once your eSIM has activated — by connecting, or by starting automatically 30 days after it was issued — a standard refund is no longer available. Whether or not you've set it up on your phone doesn't change this; activation is the line. The one exception is a failure on our side reported during your trip, which we refund in full with no fee.
Edge cases
A billing error, a duplicate charge, or an eSIM that never worked despite our support team's help — message Globeebot and explain.
Which policy applies
Requests made before the date of the current Refund policy follow the policy in force when they were made. Full policy: Refund policy.
