My eSIM isn't connecting in my destination — what should I do?
Last updated October 14, 2026
Walk through these four checks in order. Most no-signal problems are caught by one of them. If they don't help, message Globeebot — we can diagnose your specific situation in chat.
Check 1: Is the eSIM line enabled?
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > the Globeelink line > "Turn On This Line." Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > the Globeelink line > enabled.
Check 2: Is Data Roaming on for the Globeelink line?
Globeelink doesn't charge roaming fees, but your phone treats local networks abroad as "roaming" technically, so the toggle needs to be on.
Check 3: Have you given it a moment?
Connection time varies by network and phone.
Check 4: Restart your phone
Off, wait 30 seconds, on — this forces a clean network search and clears many stuck states. If none work, message Globeebot from Wi-Fi — it can see what the network reports and tell whether it's a phone, network, or account issue.
