I'm getting "No Service" on my eSIM line

Last updated October 14, 2026

Before you travel, this is expected — the eSIM is configured for a network in your destination and can't connect from where you are. After you've arrived, walk through the steps below.

Before you travel — "No Service" is normal

Your eSIM is configured for a network in your destination; until your phone can physically connect, the line shows "No Service" or "Searching." There's nothing to fix — it connects when you land.

After you've arrived — things to check

  • Is the eSIM line turned on?

  • Is Data Roaming on for the eSIM line?

  • Tried airplane mode on, then off?

  • Restarted your phone?

  • In a weak-signal area? Walk outside.

It worked, then stopped

Most likely you moved to a no-coverage area, your data ran out, your plan's duration ended, or the network is briefly congested. Restart first, then check your dashboard for plan status. If the plan looks fine and the line still isn't working, message Globeebot.
