What are the membership tiers?

• Core — where everyone starts. Earns points at the base rate (1×).

• Select — 1.5× the base rate.

• Signature — 2× the base rate, and can redeem the £15 voucher.

• Reserve — 3× the base rate, and can redeem the £15 and £30 vouchers.

Your tier is set by what you've paid, minus refunds, over the last 12 months — not by your points balance. Spend is measured in one reference currency at the exchange rate on the day you pay. As recent spend adds up you move up automatically; as older spend ages past 12 months, your tier can ease back down. Your account shows your current tier.

Tiers affect your earning rate and which vouchers you can redeem — nothing else. Booking up to 365 days ahead, for example, is the same for every member.
