I deleted my eSIM by accident

Last updated October 14, 2026

Don't panic. Some phones can recover recently-deleted eSIMs from settings. If yours can't, message Globeebot — we can resend your QR so you can reinstall the same eSIM.

First: try recovering it on your phone

Some phones keep recently-deleted eSIMs recoverable for a short period. iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service — look for a "Recently Deleted" or restore option. Android: SIM manager — a similar restore option. Restoring is cleanest because it needs no new code.

If recovery isn't possible

Message Globeebot with your order number and confirmation the eSIM can't be recovered. We'll resend your QR so you can reinstall it at no charge — the plan you bought is still valid. (There's a network limit on reinstalls, but it's rarely reached.)

Edge case: deleted after activation

If you deleted it after the plan had already started, the clock keeps running — reinstalling doesn't reset it. Tell Globeebot when you connected and when you deleted, and we'll resend your QR and explain any limits.
