The activation code says it's no longer valid

Last updated October 14, 2026

Your QR code and activation details can be reused — you can set the same eSIM up again. If it won't install, message Globeebot and we'll resend it. Very occasionally a network reaches its limit on how many times an eSIM can be reinstalled, and we'll send a replacement.

Setting up the same eSIM again is fine — your QR and activation details don't stop working after one use, so viewing or re-scanning them doesn't "use them up." A "no longer valid" message is usually a temporary install hiccup, or — rarely — the network's limit on how many times that eSIM can be reinstalled.

What to do

Message Globeebot from Wi-Fi with your order number and that setup shows as invalid. In most cases we'll resend your QR so you can reinstall it; if the eSIM has genuinely reached its reinstall limit, we'll send a replacement. An eSIM runs on one device at a time — to share with another device, use your phone's hotspot.
